What Sets Us Apart
Welcome to Bright Choice Family Dental! From your first phone call to our office, you’ll notice something different about us. Many dental offices today are turning to the “one size fits all” or “corporate dental chain” model. We believe you deserve better. Our office is focused on providing a personalized experience through both great customer service and quality dentistry. Our goal is to see your smile as you leave the office feeling great about the way we’ve taken care of you and your family’s dental needs. Here are just a few things we do differently to make your visit comfortable and your smile bright:
Worry-Free Front Office Experience
Our front staff have over 50 years of combined experience working with patients and will help you feel at home the minute you walk through the door. Susan and Nora will work with you to accommodate all of your scheduling, insurance, and payment needs, and they will be your personal advocates in working with insurance companies to best utilize your benefits. Alternatively, if you don’t have dental insurance, they can help you learn more about our discounts for self-pay patients.
Cutting Edge Technology
Dr. Walpole believes in delivering the best dentistry possible. This involves using the latest in technology and techniques. All x-rays taken at Bright Choice Family are digital, which minimizes your radiation exposure and allows us to be both quicker and more accurate in our diagnosis. We offer same-day crowns using revolutionary digital dentistry that makes multiple visits, temporary crowns, and messy impressions a thing of the past. 3D printing and milling allows us to make full-arch prosthetics like dentures or implant supported dentures right here in our office, while laser dentistry allows us to whiten your teeth in a single visit! Dr. Walpole believes in and practices evidence based dentistry, which involves constantly learning about the latest advances in materials and treatments in dentistry.
Emphasis on Education
Our goal at Bright Choice Family Dental is to help you better understand your oral health and its connection to the rest of your body. We take time to address your questions and concerns, as well as explaining everything from toothpaste ingredients to the steps involved in getting a dental implant. We appreciate our patients who ask questions and take an interest in their dental care. During your dental exams Dr. Walpole will show you the x-rays, pictures, or scans taken and the two of you will discuss any areas of concern as well as your potential options. Dentistry is not a “one-size fits all” thing. Every individual is different, both in their oral health and their lifestyle preferences. We take the time to get to know you so that we can offer you solutions that work best for you.
Dentistry Done the Right Way
Whether you’ve had only positive experiences at the dentist or whether you’ve had a negative experience in your past, we want you to know that our focus is on accurately diagnosing any dental concerns and doing your work correctly the first time. If you do have an issue with our treatment, we will work to make it right. Our goal is to see a smile on your face when you walk out the door. If your treatment is more complex and requires the skill of a specialist, Dr. Walpole maintains great relationships with the best oral surgeons, periodontists, pediatric dentists, and orthodontists in Wichita Falls, Texoma, and the north Texas area. Whether in house or by referral, we’ll make sure that you receive the best dental care possible.
