Baylee earned her bachelor’s degree in business management from Midwestern State University in December 2023. With over a decade of experience in customer service and leadership roles, she brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her work. However, her most cherished role is being a mom to her two children. Outside the office, Baylee enjoys quality time with her family and pets, diving into a good book, and creating digital art. At Bright Choice Family Dental, her favorite aspect of the job is connecting with patients by helping them understand their treatment options and advocating for oral health within the Wichita Falls community.

Dulce graduated from Midwestern State University in 2024. She has been a receptionist for 4 years. She enjoys meeting new people and helping make sure they feel heard in their concerns. Although she is new to dentistry, she is excited to help people get the smile they want. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music and hanging out with friends. She also enjoys playing games like Roblox and Sims 4.

Colbie graduated from Midwestern State University. She has been a hygienist for 13 years! She finds it very rewarding to interact with patients while educating them to be the best advocate in the care of their own oral health. When she’s not in the office she loves spending time with her three children who all compete in junior rodeo. As a family they are heavily involved in agricultural life with farming, ranching, and raising cattle.

Carol has been an assistant for over 30 years and still loves it! She has a real way of helping our patients feel calm and comfortable while they’re here, and she keeps the conversation light and fun. Her favorite part of dentistry is helping people who don’t particularly like going to the dentist feel welcome and relaxed. When she’s not at work Carol loves spending time with her family and raising chickens. She’s become quite the chicken expert and can tell you all there is to know about them! She also loves watching her grandson play football here at WFHS.

Hayven has been assisting for 3 years and has loved every bit of it. One of her favorite aspects of dentistry is helping patients overcome anxiety by ensuring they are as comfortable as possible while creating a fun and lighthearted environment. When Hayven is not at work, she enjoys hiking and traveling with her husband and their 2 dogs.

Hey, I’m Sarah Walpole, Dr. Walpole’s proud wife and boy mom. I’m looking forward to being behind the scenes and helping out wherever I can. Community is something I’m very passionate about. I hope to immerse myself within our wonderful community and get to know the people of Wichita Falls and the surrounding areas. I always try to keep things fun and light hearted. I love to serve and go out of my way to ensure people know they are appreciated. I hope to meet all of you. I enjoy reading, doing puzzles, making bread, nutrition, hanging out with friends, taking naps, and of course being a mom to our rowdy crew.
